Why share so much?

I've had someone ask why I share so much of the private things in my life, those things that hurt and are yes, embarrassing.
I share these things, not for any kind of recognition, or pity party or anything other than the hope that someone else can glean hope and gain freedom from the pain that has surrounded them.

Hey Karen sweetie, sharing is so good for the soul. It helps oneself, it helps others, don't ever stop doing it. Sharing is very therapeutic for me and I am not ashamed to share with anyone willing to accept. Love ya so much, Lori

The Pink Rose Award

I am happy to give this wonderful award to four very inspirational people in my life.

Karen Byrd, my newest friend http://musinguponharmony.blogspot.com/

Rosie, My sister who tried to have a baby for so long and finally did http://dcroseallaboutcakes.blogspot.com/

Petra, my niece who is the beautiful person that she is today, because she was raised by Rosie http://thewiseyoungmommy.blogspot.com/

My sister Helen(who does not have a blog)

I will give credit where credit is due to these people because they continually amaze and impress me.

Karen has shown great courage and is working hard to raise her child as a single mother, and trying to move to California to be with the man she loves!

Rosie is more than a sister to me, she is a true friend and Excellent at Cake Decorating!

Petra works very very hard in extreme living conditions at this time. She is raising two children, has a husband who works all the time, and has made some very good decisions at this point in her life.

Helen who is MY BFF, and she amazes me with what she accomplishes every day.

Love Friend, Sister, Auntie Rainy
